Description :
	How to use recovery mode for the KVM dongles?

Solution :
	Please use the following steps for dongle recovery mode: 1. Disconnect the dongle’s USB connector 2. Switch the dongle to [Recovery] mode 3. Reconnect the dongle’s USB connector 4. Update firmware (Firmware version cannot be seen online) 5. Disconnect the dongle’s USB connector 6. Switch the dongle back to [Normal] mode 7. Reconnect the dongle’s USB connector
