	Firmware upgraded failed

Description :
	I try to upgrade firmware from special form on web interface. After I click button "upgrade" I see window with "uploading" message. I try to wait 10 hours, but nothing happened, window refresh itself every few seconds but no changes. What can I do to upgrade device?

Solution :
	New Web browsers have some compatibility issues with older firmware; try the following steps: 1. Power Reset the unit (if the firmware failed again you might have to power reset the unit again) 2. Install Firefox Portable 2.0.0.8 (see attached file) [http://sourceforge.net/projects/portableapps/files/Mozilla%20Firefox%2C%20Portable%20Ed./Mozilla%20Firefox%2C%20Portable%20Edition%202.0.0.8/] 3. Rerun the upgrade utility If the problem still remains, don't hesitated to contact us for further assistance: http://eservice.aten.com
