KL1516 keyboard repeat easily
Description :
How do I set the keyboard repeat time in Linux text mode?
Solution :
Please follow the steps below to add the keyboard “repeat time” command (replacing peter with your user account).
1. Login using the root account.
2. Open a terminal session and input the command below:
#cd /home/peter
#vi .bash_profile
3. Add the line “kbdrate -r10 -d1000” to the .bash_profile.
4. Save it, then logout.
When you login with the user account you use above, the system will auto set the keyboard repeat time.
