Both SN0132/0148 and Cisco console are DTE units both use RJ-45 connectors. An RJ-45-to-RJ-45 crossover cable may be used, if only the TxD, RxD, and GND connections are used.
If necessary, a specialized cable may be created, see attached diagram for pin outs.
