Solution : 
Yes, the VE600A supports transmitting DVI and audio signal over a single Cat5e cable.

NOTE:
Using a single CAT5e cable invokes ATEN’s default EDID information,if you want, or need the monitor’s actual EDID data, a second CAT5e cable must be used
