	CC2000是否有什么备援机制

Solution :
	第一个CC2000 secondary助测到CC2000 primary将会成为主要备援在"装置管理"里面,在每个装置的区块,指派IP位置并且选择CC2000在他们的ANMS设置页面当装置无法联机到CC2000的时候(也许是网络问题或是CC2000出问题),装置就会连接到备援CC2000
