Solution : 
1. 开terminal
2. 输入 kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/osx-pl2303.kext/
3. 然后输入账号密码
4. 输入 sudo rm -r /System/Library/Extensions/osx-pl2303.kext/
5. 再输入一次账号密码
6. 输入 sudo rm -r /Library/Receipts/osx-pl2303.pkg/
移除了driver
