Is there any method to switch SXP-320A/325A to 4800 bps for some specific devices?
 
Solution : 
Yes, please follow the steps below to modify SXP-320A/325A.
1. Remove the cover of SXP-320A/325A
2. Find an IC numbered “U1”
3. Separate Pin 72 of U1 from the PCB
4. Connect Pin 92 of U1 to GND of the PCB
5. Set DIP SW 1,2,3 to ON, OFF, OFF
