KVM over IP not working |

Hi, We are unable to access the KVM switch from within the intranet. We are trying to access it using the URL, we are able to ping the IP address but when we try to access it from the browser we get a gateway timed out message. There are no firewalls within the intranet. Could you please advise as to what should be done for us to enable access of the same? Thanks, Dash |

Dear Customer: Please follow below steps for testing: 1. Please use a crossover cable connect between your PC and KN2108. 2. Try to ping the KN2108 IP address and it should be get response. 3. Try to access it by browser, it should be display login screen. 4. If you can login KN2108 by this configuration, your KN2108 should be no problem. Please try to check your intranet environment. The KN2108 default will use below TCP/IP port number: 80 --> browser 443 --> SSL 9000 --> Windows client/Admin tool 9001 --> Log server 9002 --> Java client Jason Chen |
