	Screen keeps flickering on and off (KN1116VA with KA7189/KA7168)

Description :
	When connecting PCs with KN1116VA via KA7189/KA7168 Dongle, the screen keeps flickering (going on and off). Also, the respective ports under Port Access tab on GUI turn grey when the screen goes off during flickering. When KA dongle is only USB-connected to the PC device without KVM unit, the "link" LED on the dongle blinks, which should light steadily as there is no data transmission. The PC itself has two video outputs, when connecting one to KVM via KA dongle and another to a monitor directly, flickering issue will not occur. The firmware version of the KVM unit and the KA dongles is already the latest. Update EDID and lower display resolution also don't help. How to solve this flickering issue?

Solution :
	The reason might be related to grounding or interference. Check if there is improper grounding in the set up: make sure the power outlet, power cord and devices are all well grounded. For example, the PC has SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) failure, which is the reason why only the KVM port of this PC has the flickering issue.
