UAC是USB audio class的縮寫，是指USB裝置能夠傳送數位音頻，例如:麥克風，喇叭，耳機，電話和音樂儀器(USB聲音介面或USB數位類比轉換器)等



USB組織有發行了三版聲音裝置的規格: Audio 1.0, 2.0和3.0，可參照UAC或ADC
