Can CS1716 be chained to KN9116?
 
Solution : 
If you do not mind that their OSD can not merge together, you can do it. By the way, you should use KA9170 and attach it to the keyboard port of CS1716's console. The cabling is as following.
[Console] +[KN2116] + [KA9170] + [CS1716] + [Computers]
