我的機器已經過了保固期, 是否建議更新韌體(firmware)?
 
Solution : 
產品做任何變動都有風險, ATEN對韌體更新所衍生的問題定義如下 :
1. 若是產品在保固期間內韌體更新後發生問題:
ATEN絕對免費維修    
2. 若是過保的產品韌體更新後發生問題:
A: 若產品已EOL(End-of-Life)
因已無維修料件, ATEN無法收費維修
B: 若產品尚未EOL:
ATEN仍可收費維修.
