Since MacOS/iOS/Linux/Android cannot support boundless switching with CS62KM, the default setting of CS62KM boundless switching is set OFF with FW V1.1.101 or later version. 

For boundless switching function, follow the steps below.

1. Make sure CS62KM connecting Windows OS PCs.

2. Turn off mouse acceleration in Windows OS on both PCs that connect with CS62KM.

3. Enable boundless switching function by hotkey 

([Num] + [-] + [Y] + [Enter] / [Ctrl] + [F12] + [Y] + [Enter]).

4. Configure the screen size of all connected displays via hotkey 

( [Num] + [-] + [L] + [2] [Resolution (e.g., 3840x2160)] [Enter] / [Ctrl] + [F12] + [L] + [2] [Resolution (e.g., 3840x2160)] [Enter]).
