安裝完CCKM後, 無法啟動service及加入KE?
 
Description : 
安裝完CCKM後, 開啟browser無法連到CCKM網頁及加入KE?
 
Solution : 
1. CCKM的service可能會被OS firewall或antivirus阻擋, 請先關掉firewall& antivirus再確認
2. 如果您的CCKM server有兩張以上的網卡, 請先只讓接CCKM/KE的網卡連線後再觀察
3. 請確認您的KE設定都是網頁上最近的firmware.
