Solution :
	For KN family like KN1132v, KN2, KN4 and KN8, Web Client Viewer is added from firmware version v2.8.272 : it runs directly off the browser without Java or browser plug-in installation. For the feature, please upgrade your KN to v2.8.272 or newer firmware.
