	한쪽 PC 시스템 종료 후 Port 전환 안됨

Description :
	두 대의 PC 중 한 대의 PC를 시스템 종료하면 Port 전환이 안되는 증상이 발생하고 다시 부팅하면 정상적으로 포트전환 됩니다.

Solution :
	CS62US 사용 중 한 대의 PC(Windows8 이상)를 종료하면 Port 전환이 잘 안 되는 증상이 발생 할 수 있습니다. 이러한 경우 첨부된 자료를 참조하시어 전원 옵션을 변경 하시기 바랍니다. {첨부화일 별도]
