Solution :
	Upgrade CS19208/19216 firmware to V1.1.101 or later should solve the issue. To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware and manual from https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CS19208 Please check the manual for how to upgrade firmware. If the issue persists, please contact our Tech Support for assistance.
