	Common Grounding for KN series

Description :
	When I use KN4140V with KA dongles, some ports display normally, but there will be flickering situation on some ports. What's the result to cause the problem?

Solution :
	Usually it's because of the grounding. If there is any device in the environment which doesn't make the grounding well, the interference or surge may affect or damage the KA dongle or KVM. Please check the grounding of all the devices in the connection. About the network cable, please use the STP cable with shielding wire. Below is the video as an example to check the grounding of the installation.
