Description :
	ユーザーアカウントで、一般アカウントで何も権限を与えていない状態で、任意のグループ権限を与えたらどのような権限が有効になっているのでしょうか?

Solution :
	ユーザー権限は「or条件」の考えが適用されます。例 1. - ポート1にアクセス権限がある「Group1」というグループ権限を作る - ポート1にアクセス権限がない一般ユーザーに「Group1」というグループ権限を付与する - 一般ユーザーはポート1にアクセスできる 2. - ポート1にアクセス権限がある一般ユーザーというグループ権限を作る - 一般ユーザーに「Group1」というポート1にアクセス権限がないグループ権限を付与する - 一般ユーザーはポート1にアクセスできる (2021年5月11日作成)
