Subject :
	CS1308/1316 + 无线键鼠在Win7/Win10底下无法使用.

Description :
	使用者将无线键盘和鼠标连接到CS1308, 在Win7/10下无法使用.

Solution :
	为了解决CS1308/1316 cascade fail的问题, 将CS1308/1316的PC port 设成Low-Speed, 但此一状况下, 如果连接无线键鼠时, Win 7/10无法认得. 原因是Win 7/10无法透过Low-Speed的HUB来识别Full-Speed的设备, 而目前市面上的大部分的无线键鼠都是Full-Speed. 解决方法是将CS1308/1316的PC port 设成Full-Speed, 无线键鼠就能顺利动作. 修改USB speed的方式请参照以下FAQ:https://eservice.aten.com/eServiceCx/Common/FAQ/view.do?id=6770
