Description :
	CS1308 사용 중이며, 특정 PC 1대만 키보드,마우스가 동작되지 않습니다. CS1308 콘솔에는 PS,2 키보드,마우스 사용하고 있습니다.

Solution :
	특정 포트만 불량인 경우 부분별로 확인이 필요합니다. 1. 키보드, 마우스를 PC에 직접 연결하여 확인 2. 문제 발생 PC와 케이블을 정상인 포트로 연결하여 확인. 3. KVM 케이블 교체하여 확인.
