Description :
	My OS is windows 10, connect with CS1844/1842 at dual view after switch port the open windows have changed position and size?

Solution :
	Upgrade CS1844/1842 firmware to V1.0.063 or later should solve the issue. To upgrade the firmware, please download the firmware and manual from https://www.aten.com/global/en/supportcenter/downloads/?q=CS1844 Please check the manual for how to upgrade firmware. If the issue persists, please contact our Tech Support for assistance.
