Mouse cannot work under BIOS, keyboard works fine
 
Description : 
When I access my HP EliteDesk 800G5 BIOS from KN8132v, the mouse cannot work but keyboard works fine, how to fix the issue?
 
Solution : 
Please try to modify mouse dyna-sync to disable and check, please refer to attachment for the screenshots.
