Description :
	CCVSR的紀錄中出現一個警告訊息, "已偵測到主要伺服器違反憑證, 衝突的CC伺服器IP為169.254.130.33"

Solution :
	請勿將次要CCVSR服務器更新產品授權, 否則它被會視為是一個獨立的CCVSR服務器, 會和原有的CCVSR主服務器發生衝突
