	VM moudular Matrix RS-232 broadcast

Description :
	Can the RS-232 broadcast to all requiring the input & output boards of VM3250 to have RS-232 ports?

Solution :
	To broadcast RS-232 signal or commands to all doesn't necessary to have the input, output or both I/O boards to have RS-232 connection ports. Users can choose to deliver the signal from VM3250/3200/1600A RS-232 connection to all the output boards that have RS-232 connection. It can be done in either way.
