	EDID detection behavior on UC3022

Description :
	When I open a 3rd software to capture the video, the monitor which connect to PGM out couldn't choose 1080p@60Hz, only 1080p@30Hz. I couldn't have the display on the monitor. Is there any resolution limitation when using UC3022?

Solution :
	For APP version after 1.2.111 & FW version after 1.1.109, output resolution is controlled by OnAir Lite only no matter HDCP switch is on or off. Old APP and FW version behavior is listed below: In order to have the PGM output to show the same video as the software used to capture UC3022, the PGM output monitor or TV has to support the resolutions the capture software supported. Also, to change the resolution in the OnAir Lite, you have to switch HDCP on. But at this moment, the capture function will be disable because it's not allowed.
