VM3200 No power, can't turn on
 
Description : 
I just installed a new power module to a VM3200 but found it not working, and is unable to power on VM3200.
 
Solution : 
Please verify if your power module is installed correctly and follow the imprint (Power fan upper; connection lower) to install it.
