Solution : 
1. 開terminal
2. 輸入 kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/osx-pl2303.kext/
3. 然後輸入帳號密碼
4. 輸入 sudo rm -r /System/Library/Extensions/osx-pl2303.kext/
5. 再輸入一次帳號密碼
6. 輸入 sudo rm -r /Library/Receipts/osx-pl2303.pkg/
移除了driver
