Subject :
MAC keyboard can't work with CS1762

Description :
My keyboard doesn't work well, please see below description:
1. The hotkey-function doesn't work. I can't access to HSM by pressing the STRG key
2. Normally I can plug in a mouse in the integrated USB-HUB of the Mac-keyboard, but when I plug in the mouse in that keyboard-hub, there is no function at all - the mouse doesn´t work. The mouse only works on CS1762 port console.

Solution :
Regarding the first question,
When using Mac's keyboard which does not have the [Scroll Lock] key, please invoke HSM then change hotkey to [Ctrl]
1. invoke HSM
1.1 press and hold down the [Num Lock] key (or clear key)
1.2 press and release [minus] key (released within one half second)
1.3 release the [Num Lock] key
2. Press and release the T key
3. press [Ctrl] twice for switching KVM's port

If you still can't do it, please use a PC's standard keyboard which has CAPS Lock and Scroll Lock LED light. As invoking HKM successfully, those two LED lights will flash in succession. AT this moment, please press and release the T key.

Second question:
Our CS1762 does not support this kind of keyboard. The hub of keyboard will not work. (the USB ports of console in the front are designed for keyboard and mouse only, not as a hub) That is why the mouse doesn't work. Please plug the mouse into mouse port of CS1762.
