	CS428& 4 users login & status

Description :
	If 4 users login to CS428 and access to the same PC port, do all 4 users can control the Keyboard/Mouse at the same time?

Solution :
	If all 4 users have right to access to a port, and all of them access to the port at the same time, in the beginning, only the first login user can use Keyboard/Mouse and other three users just can view only. If the first login user does not use Ketboard/Mouse before the timeout value is reached, the port becomes available to the other users. The default timeout value is 10 seconds!!
